Road River Films was founded in 2020 by Afsun Moshiry, an Iranian-German producer and curator. In 2025, Anne Winkler and Julia Hertäg joined the Road River Films team. They are dedicated to supporting outstanding narrative and non-narrative works in both documentary and fiction that develop a distinctive cinematic language, providing audiences with a transcendent and thought-provoking visual experience.
